Arrivals, Cancelations, & No Shows
When possible, please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, please call the Salon at (941-896-4925) and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time available for your service; As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled whenever possible.
*NEW APPOINTMENT CANCELATION & NO-SHOW POLICY.
Cancellations – Appointments canceled prior to 12 hours before the appointment scheduled will see no cancelation fee, however, appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
NO SHOWS – Appointments that are not canceled but simply did not show up for the appointment will be charged the full 100% cost of the NO SHOW appointments.
